2014 Recap

NoWow, 2014 just went and gone so quick. Few eventful moments in this year but can't say much have changed except  continuously growing myself to establish myself. So let's get down. Last time around this time, I was in Pullman. I pretty much pulled the plug on school for financial reasons and was hoping to become manager at a gas station I was working at. Also, I was working at WSU as a data entry personnel. So it was just working at this point. I was smoking a lot and just worked and stayed home. In February, we got a new manager and I felt betrayed by the company, I started to give less performance but worked more hours. In March, my contract with WSU ended and I was working at the gas station more and more. Then April came. My roommate and I worked at the same gas station and he had morning shift and I had evening shift. He came home early and told me they fired him. It was reasonable as he had few complaints and he has been warned by management few times. I, on the othe

Truth be told about my last two years

Truth.... After losing close ones 6 yrs in a roll After failed what I set out to do After creativity has been kept in vault Feel needs to cut myself to see if I still bleed Just so numb about things these days.. I have ditched my emotions long time ago But seems Only feelings that surface is shallow happiness, anger and depression. I sure don't want your advice, and I surely won't take your criticism. But I fight I take one step at a time Just one step closer So That I can mold to be the man Man that I am destined to be.

Top 5 Favorite Cartoons of PJ

Image
Cartoons; it's pretty much everyone's idea of childhood. I know many will disagree to what I am about to say, but I think there's nothing better than 90's cartoons. These new cartoons that's coming out *cough* adventure time *cough* sucks and help me understand why these kids are the way they are these days. What happened to good old cartoons with awesome messages and still entertain kids? Why does it have to be so weird and crazy like I'm suppose to be on Molly to watch these. So for this blog, I like to introduce my top favorite cartoons of all time: 1) Dexter's Laboratory: If you are a 90's kid or even new kids on Netflix, you should know this show. It's about a boy genius who has laboratory in his bedroom but his sister Dee Dee always ruin things for him. It makes me feel smart watching this show with all the terminologies that Dexter use, when I didn't have a clue what he was talking about when I was growing up. Even after college degree,

Top 5 Favorite Rappers of PJ

Image
I listen to everything from Rap, Rock, Jazz, Classicial, Blues, Punk, Pop, R&B, Dub Step, EDM and even Folk (No country or Heavy Metal, sorry). But, at the end of the day, my favorite have to be Hip Hop/ Rap. Why? because even though, so many so called music aficionados believe rap isn't really music, rap convey message using slang and code and it really fascinate me of how much creative a person can get. But do not get me wrong; this doesn't mean I like all rappers. If anything, I am more harsh on rappers than a R&B singers. For me, rap got to me creative and unique. Rap got to convey a message that everyone goes through and let the fans relate to the lyrics. Rap shouldn't always be about Money, Cars, Blings and Hoes; I love intelligent rap that actually have a message and meaning. So here is my top 5 rappers. 1) Jay - Z: If you know me, this shouldn't come off as a shock; this guy is my idol. Yes, he does talk about money, cars, blings and hoes; but who does

Cellphone; very essential item in our modern time for personal use. When we first saw cellphones being commercialized, we only needed it for emergency purpose, however that changed when smartphone was introduced and the idea of app became more important than buying 'idiot's guide' books. Now days, we pretty much handle everything on our phone; from e mails, calculator, painting, taking pictures, checking bank account, watching your diet, etc., etc..So buying a phone is more than just buying a phone; it's like buying a small laptop. My cellphone history

Image
I had a cell phone ever since I was in 8th grade. Not because my parents were rich and just wanted to spoil their kids, they gave us the phone because they worked all the time and, what do you expect, we wanted it for emergency reasons ;), right? Just like many of you, my first phone was Nokia and we would text, call and play snakes on it. We had to buy ringtones from third party that sounded really nothing like the song. But it was cool and it was new, so I loved it and it served the purpose. Nokia 3390                          But soon after, flip phone era was in. But, nothing really cool was            cool was coming out. It was smaller the better kind of era and it had            to be a flip phone, so I got a Samsung phone that was simple but ok            work with. More games were on it, ringtones became more realistic.            One thing I liked about this phone was that it had display section            on the front cover. Just in case, mom or dad called

Moto X:

Something about Motorola that I am always attracted to. However, after the introduction of iPhone and Android phones, Motorola was not going to survive. Luckly, Google bought out Motorola company and gave the company new chance to stay on mobile competition. But, they couldn't just come out with new phone, no; they had to create something new and different like how Motorola always do.  Released on August 2013, Moto X is flagship android phone brought to you by Motorola x Google. One main reason that this phone got my attention is because it was made and assembled in U.S.A. I am a big advocate of bringing industrial jobs back to our soil and Motorola started this. In present time, most of U.S products are made from China or other countries, so, the idea of making and assembling the phone in U.S means I am putting money back to our country and economy. But is that the only reason? oh no, im just getting started. Lets look at some specs. Moto X Specs: Software: Android JellyB

Let the Sneakers speak

Sneaker culture is really a culture of it's own. It's the idea kinda like having a Rolex, Gucci sunglasses......you know...the whole "swaggy" culture. But do they even know the story of shoes or just read the card from the box? Back in the days, I wanted to wears shoes my favorite players wore. Playing ball in them and thinking it might give me the power to play like those players. These kids are talking about Jordan's, Penny's, Barkley's, Ewings......Have you even watch them play? Boy, I tell you;  Seeing Barkley do his shit on the court, getting rebounds, blocks....he was bad. Ewing...I always thought he was like George Foreman of NBA. Just raw power, good Center. Whoa, Penny.....Penny Hardaway....from Orlando Magics with young Shaq, rocking the pinstripe jerseys and star logos...BOY, whatchu really know? Jordan's....well, his game speaks for itself and you probably scene the highlights on YouTube, so I not even gonna talk about them.  Some shoe
