Seattle Terrorist Plot: Another target on religious belief

Image
Seattle, WA - On 06/23, two mid eastern men were arrested by FBI for possible terrorist plot. Two male accused were caught by terrorist sting operation when they were trying to purchase fire arms through undercover FBI agent. With enough evidence were discloused for this case, two male were charged mulitple life sentences. Their intended target was U.S military recruiting office, as few major news stations have been informed. However, these major news companies couldn't stress enough about the fact that these two males were Muslims. Opinion: if this news is true, its sad that few apples made a whole batch looks guilty and hinting the idea of whole religious movement is skeptical. If this isnt true, our major broadcasting networks are trying to outcast and slader the whole movement, once again. Whatever the reason is, I believe they have stressed on unnecessary fact to link whole religion as "evil" movement. In fact, all they are doing is slander whole lot of people and t

Get BOOTED in Seattle, WA

Every downtown in nation are the hardest places to find parking places and that is no exception for Seattle, WA. Actually, I find Seattle parking accommodation more difficult then other cities such as Los Angeles or San Antonio. We sometimes get confused by the sign, parking meter might be out of order, or it's just might be lack of your focus but every time I street park in Seattle, it tents to get me on the edge. In Seattle, it's better to leave your car in parking garage and hide away from the parking fairy with their white and blue golf karts. Now Seattle is making that this more difficult then what it is. If you live in Seattle, you should know parking meter only lets you out maximum of 2 hrs. When I went to Art Institute of Seattle, our classes were 4 hrs long for each class and I often forgot about putting money in the meter. I received at least 3 tickets an year. Now, it gets more scary; if you have 4 or more unpaid parking tickets, they gonna "Boot" you car.

What a Weiner: NY Rep. Anthony Weiner Scandal

Image
Ever since social networking sites have been norm-ized, divorce rate has increased and cheating spouses has tripled. Maybe it is the wide open market of relationship creating website, maybe just pure curiosity to get to know another, or maybe the evil in mankind to fill the satisfaction; but whatever reason is Anthony Weiner has been caught, that's plain and simple. NY Rep. Anthony Weiner has been caught sending controversial pictures using Twitter to a 18 years old girl out in WA. When Rep. Weiner was first accused, he claimed that he's twitter account was hacked and hacker posted images from Weiner's Twitter account to frame and humiliated him. But as the story gets deeper and deeper, he finally came out and claimed that, he's Twitter account wasn't hacked and it was indeed him who sent the photos to young girl. But he's point is that, he have not done anything wrong. Yes, Rep. Weiner is a married man and the girl is young, but she is age of 18 and he did no

The Adjustment Bureau: Big Brother Theory

Image
Have we ever thought that someone is always watching us? Listening to every conversation we have and  watching us from far away to see we are doing exactly like what they "plan" us to do? Well this is call "Big Brother" theory. The theory basically is saying that government is watching all of the citizens moves and their actions, and they control the outcome by putting us in planned situation. In this movie, they call it "Adjustment Bureau". They look over things and write your life, basically. Let's get into the movie, shall we? The movie starts out as young politician trying to run for senator of New York. Young senator name David Norris, played by Matt Damon, has his campaign but with bad publicity, he lose the election. The night he gives out his "lose" speech, he walks inside the restroom to practice his speech. Little did he know, he had someone listening secretly. A woman steps out of the stall and meets David Norris. It was love in

New Sound: Music by Star Destroyer

Why do we love Daft Punk? Because it's energetic music? Because futuristic sound? or Because we have robotic ears? Well whatever the reason might be, we freaking love it. Daft Punk music has given reasons for girls to let loose and guys to actually dance. It even made a famous producer/ rapper sample the song (Kanye West: Stronger). But this blog is not about Daft Punk; It's about a new sound by group call Star Destroyer. So let's get into it, shall we? Well I think the name of the band kinda gives you the hint of what kind of sound you be hearing; I mean Star Destroyer? It's Star Wars referenced. So we be listening to some futuristic, robotic, digitized sound that gets in our vein to move us. Fast pace beat with hard bass bumping makes me feel like I should take some (E) and just dance with glow stick, but any music lover should be able to love this. Out of their 5 track album or samples that has hit SoundCloud.com, my favorite of them got to be Flux(track 2). I just

Hall Pass

Relationship are great, you have that person who supports you and love to be with you. Not to mention the sexual aspect of it, even though singles might be with more people, relationship do promise the stable sex life. But being a guy, it's not always the simplest thing to be tied down to one woman. Not because we do not love the person but it's more of ego and ............just simply, it's in our DNA to try to be the alpha male. Or sometimes it's because the sexual activity decrease significantly when you are married or in a long term relationship. Do we know why? We don't. And those times, some men cheats on their spouses, or partners. Some just stare, thinking "Damn, if I wasn't taken, I would ram those in a heart beat". Sounds like these men need a Hall Pass. Thats what the movie is about, but, please, let me describe the movie more in-depth. Directed by the guys who created Dumb & Dumber, the movie is definitely comedy but with romance. Norm

No new gadgets in site.

2011 has been a crazy year for consumer electronics; from introduction of 3D Nintendo to iPad 2, it's been very technological advanced year. Or has it? As of a person who seen and experienced of major marks on technology, I feel that at this point, mankind have maximized the skills of developing technology. More specifically consumer good. We had cassette player, that sticked around for awhile then CD players totally dominated the 90's. Now we have MP3 players. The touch screen brought out by Apple was just en genius and 3D TVs'or smart TV's are just making me hate my TV. But this point, can we go farther? Of course, we can, but not at this point. What we are basically doing at this point is branding and just making things little bit better by tweaking an existing concept. But at this point, I really do not see any new gadgets coming out. Maybe in 2 years, but not now.
