Leave Kanye West alone

Every time I say "Leave ________ alone!!!" I'm normally mimicking the guy who said "Leave Brittney Alone!!!" ha ha but let's get into this.

If you think people are hating on Kanye at the moment because he wore "Make America Great Again" hat which associates with Donald Trump and we would think he is supporting Trump and that is one of big reason people start to bash him.
Then he got on TMZ and try to explain his situation which he stated ".....black people were slaves for 400 years. 400 YEARS! It was a choice. Mental slavery rather than physical...", which got lot of people mad.
Then he had interview with Charlamagne tha God which last about 2 hours and said some stuff not might got under people's nerve as well.
So, all these recent events in the eyes of media and social network fueled the hate of Kanye. I was listening to HOT 103.7 yesterday(5/2) and song "Through the Wire" by Kanye which was his first single off his first album, The College Dropout. The radio personnel said, "Oh, I won't mention his name, I am not giving him any publicity".

Now, I understand people maybe hurt because their favorite musician is saying these outlandish stuff and only thing you can do is hate on him because his view are not the same as yours.

But it also seem like people who talks more shit about Kanye is people who never really listen to Kanye. People who already judged him for taking Mic away from Taylor Swift, people who hated Kanye for saying he is God, people who hated Kanye for being egotistical; these people seems to be the ones who are more on to this and saying "FUCK KANYE" than the people who listened and grew up on Kanye's music.
People who grew up listening to Kanye music are reserved. People are saying "Why" more than "WTF". We want to know why Kanye is saying these things and what is purpose of this because as Kanye fans we expect greatness from Kanye. If you do not believe Kanye had cultural impact, than you are either ignorant or living in denial. It may not affect you on personal level but you seen what he has done.
Not just being a musician with 21 Grammy, Kanye set fashion trend to have people wearing Pink Polo shirts, Bape, got us asking about Freemasons, taught us about high fashion, and so much more. He has hands on many artist from Jay-Z, Beyonce, T.I, Rihanna, worked with Paul McCartney, showed us work of Kaws, Takashi Murakami and many more. Kanye of course impact strongly in sneaker culture as well from Nike to Adidas.

These are example of Kanye's impact in culture. He is a pop idol.

Once again, I do understand why people are reacting the way. As a person who voted for Jill Stein, yes I don't stand with Trump and what orders he put, but whoever he wants to politically support is his choice. When people heard me supporting Jill Stein, people said "That's no help, pick Hilary if you don't want Trump to win". To be honest, I don't like Hilary, I didn't like what she was saying or her actions. I was behind Bernie, but Hilary supporters kill that dream. Next close to Bernie's idea was Jill, not Hilary. Yes, Bernie supported Hilary AFTER he dropped out of race and who would you pick between the two, Trump or Hilary. I'm sure Trump supporters don't read my blog, so I would assume it was Hilary. Idea of picking Jill for me is so we can slowly kill 2 party system and Jill had good chance to change that but fell a bit short.
When I got behind Jill, people hated the idea and wanted to tell me why I shouldn't support Jill and end of it all was the fact, support who I support because that has better chance. I supported and VOTED for person who I can say I was behind and I do not feel guilty or compromised.

But let me get back to the point.
I really do think Kanye is going through deep depression. Kanye has depression and went through struggle. On a song "Clique", he mentions "Went through deep depression when my mama passed. Suicide, what kind of talk is that". Kanye wears his heart on the sleeve and you can often think how he feels on his songs. He even said on "New Slaves" from where he say "I wear my heart on the sleeve, we the new slaves, I see the blood on the leaves". The man has demons that he is fighting and does not seems to receive any support from love one.
Kanye is sensitive, we all know that. He was never the one to shy from saying things that wants to say.
But if you take a look at him as a person, not as a musician or icon, but a regular person; he endure lot of pain.
He lost his mother who was his strength. He married a woman who got famous for sex tape which probably something Kanye and their daughter and son need to endure as well. His mentor/ older brother has spoke out against him and even put out a song out for. I don't think Kanye is mentally strong. He is going through a mental struggle.
I been at that point. You are so depressed that you isolate yourself from the world. You do opposite of what people do or say. You almost want to pull yourself for people to hate you so that you have an excuse to end it. It's odd to say that, but in depressed mind it's real. You feel so lonely and sad and does not feel the people communicate with you, you feel you are different, you feel people does not understand. So to give more, you take it as "Ok, they want to hate me? Ill give them what they can hate about." It's not a positive topic but it's almost asking and reaching out to people in different way so people can come back around and ask the questions like "are you ok? what is going on?" Normally the answer will be "Im ok" because it's like you holding on to all these emotions and even in the struggle of self hate, you are thinking "this person doesn't care what I have to say or will not fully understand, so why bother".
People say 'I miss the old Kanye', well I miss old self too. But people change, days pass, events happen, and you are not the same as you were before and that is human life. You change everyday with every situation.
When people speak about TMZ interview, did you watch until the end of did you just saw the snip of it. When the main reporters were asking Kanye questions, you can see that he is kinda just answering. When he spoke to the staff of TMZ, you see a black guy who works there speak to Kanye and express his disappointment. At that moment, you can see Kanye wake up, because he needs to hear from normal people, regular people, who listens to his music and get strength from it. And you see Kanye goes up to the man and apologize. Why isn't world talking about that.

Also, we are going to talk about Kardashians.
Let's break down what Kardashians has done to people, no, actually, what Kardashian did to men in their life.
It dates back to Robert Kardashian, who represented OJ simpson, who was potentially sleeping with Kris Jenner as well. Robert Kardashian died(cancer), OJ got arrested, oh and during this time, Kris Jenner was dating Bruce Jenner who is now going by Caitlyn Jenner. That's 3 so far affected.
Kourtney dated Scott Disick who was one of sharpest dude in Hollywood, who became hypebeast and just overall downgraded after divorce.
Kendall is quite and seems to stay away from those drama and focusing on being a model.
Kylie Jenner destroyed Tyga.
Khloe, I do some what feel sorry for because she seems to be most darling but always get hurt. But at the same time, you look at person like Lamar Odom who became a crackhead during marriage with Khloe.
Then, you have Ray J, who became irrelevant.
Reggie Bush, who just disappeared.
Chris Hemphrey, who still plays for NBA but nothing else. He paid for fancy wedding which im sure it cost him alot, but marriage lasted very quick.
So what makes you think Kanye is exception? or is your answer, well he married her.
Have you never dated person you ending up never wanted to see?

Kanye need help, therapy. He needs to go back to his roots and have awakening again. He need people, his fans to reach out and say we are with you and hope you are better.

So, leave Kanye alone. Criticizing him doesn't do him any good. He needs love.
