Hall Pass
Relationship are great, you have that person who supports you and love to be with you. Not to mention the sexual aspect of it, even though singles might be with more people, relationship do promise the stable sex life. But being a guy, it's not always the simplest thing to be tied down to one woman. Not because we do not love the person but it's more of ego and ............just simply, it's in our DNA to try to be the alpha male. Or sometimes it's because the sexual activity decrease significantly when you are married or in a long term relationship. Do we know why? We don't. And those times, some men cheats on their spouses, or partners. Some just stare, thinking "Damn, if I wasn't taken, I would ram those in a heart beat". Sounds like these men need a Hall Pass. Thats what the movie is about, but, please, let me describe the movie more in-depth.
Directed by the guys who created Dumb & Dumber, the movie is definitely comedy but with romance. Normally find those in Adam Sandlers movies, right? Movie's main characters are Owen Wilson (plays Rick/guy from zoolander and other comedy movie), Jason Sudeikis (plays Fred/ Guy from SNL), Christina Applegate ( Fred's wife/ Al Bundy's slutty daughter) and Jenna Fischer (Rick's wife/ from TV show Office). So, Rick and Fred are just typical guys, they have a job, family, house, and normal life. But being a typical guy, we talk about sex or women all the time. Doesn't matter if we had them, will have them, or never gonna but do like to fantasies about, they talk about women and sex. But silly thing is that their wifes know that these guys are womanizers or want to be womanizers. One crazy house opening, like typical men, they were talking about sex and women. Little did they know, they were getting monitored by other guests and the hosts. When they get home Rick get's yelled at by Maggie. Maggie decides to give him a hall pass and she takes the kids and go to her dads house for a week. That same night, Fred gets busted by cops for masturbating in his car; which is parked out side. So Grace gives him a Hall Pass also. They decide to take the chance to get freaky with all the women. But realizing, it is harder than they remembered. They get shot down, made fun of, and other humiliating incidentes occurs. But remember, if husbands has Hall Passes, that mean wifes got them too. Especially being women, they do attract guys easier than guys attracting girls.The final night, Grace gets nailed by a college baseball player, Fred fake munch on some DJ's mom, and Rick and Maggie........Well, you gotta watch it to know what happen to them.
Ok, time for my opinions. I think this movie was hilarious. Why? because I can relate to that. But I do recommend this movie. I give 7.5 out of 10.
