I remember a story my father told me once. It was about Abraham Lincoln; he had to choose a congress man/ or senator and he rejected one of the candidate because he didn't look his age. Shall we start? 1) Learn  English: They say "When you are in Rome, follow Roman's law" (or something like that). What makes you think that you can live in this country and not speak the language? I do not think they should let you take the driver test in anything except English. This is an English speaking country and you should do what the majority of people are doing.
