DON'T GO TO: Amante Pasta & Pizza: Lynnwood, WA

I learned a valuable lesson yesterday; order things that is included in the name of restaurant. Maybe it was because it was almost closing time, maybe it was because cook was hung over, but Amante Pasta & Pizza in Lynnwood, WA WAS THE WORST ITALIAN FOOD I EVER HAD. I never seen this place in it's hey day but it was nothing "Hey" about my visit, yesterday. I'm bout to go Gordon Ramsey on their ass on this blog.

Don't get me wrong and think I'm all cold heart-ed; the exterior was nice. They try to capture the European style look of the building with big sign that displays the name and it's specialty. The entrance is beautiful and inside is.....well it got what you need. But if i could say one word to describe inside, it will be "Cluster". The place is itself is designed beautifully but the way it is setup disappoint me big time. It almost give you the feeling of elementary cafeteria; lot of tables and shitty food.  But place might be a fun place to hang out. It has okay size bar area that might fit like 30 to 40 people without being so clammed in, salsa style dance floor, and stage for live entertainment; i mean this place definitely has potential if it's marketed right. So if the place is great, what would be the reason why this place seems like it's falling apart?

I walked in to Amante on Monday night around 8:30 PM. I was greeted by a Hispanic man and he was a good guy. While im walking to my sit, i knew, I was the only customer there and bunch of waiter's friends were all hanging out. I set down and waiter handed me the menu. The menu was huge and i felt that it wasn't necessary to have all those things; 8 pages isn't worth it for a pizza place. I decided to order Calamari and Nachos for appetizers and Rosemary Chicken Ravioli for the entree. Let the criticizing begin.

Nachos were horrible. The cheese were already cold and harden by the time I received and the dish came with some unknown sauce that is not even close to salsa sauce. I ate like 1/9 of it and i just couldn't handle it anymore. Now the calamari....It was probably the only good thing I had.......but how can you go wrong with something that is deep fried. Sauce for the calamari on the other hand was too sour (I hope those cooks were messing with my sauce). The calamari seems like it was store bought and they just dipped it in the fryer. Now, the Rosemary Chicken Ravioli. Worst ravioli I ever had it in my life. Even Sbarro's ravioli was better than this crap they served. First, the chopped up lettuce made me feel like I ordered Mexican food so I removed those and got to the ravioli's. Wait a sec....Where the F is my chicken? the Ravioli looked and tasted like soggy pancake that's been drenched in Rosemary sauce and 2 bites and I couldn't bring myself to eat another bite even though I paid damn near $20 for it. 

So in conclusion, DON'T GO TO AMANTE PIZZA & PASTA in Lynnwood, WA. This place need serious make over and the cooks needs to be fire for crap thing that they serve as food.  You don't believe me? Go eat there. Make sure you stop by AMPM to pick up some Pepto after you are done eating.

I had a cell phone ever since I was in 8th grade. Not because my parents were rich and just wanted to spoil their kids, they gave us the phone because they worked all the time and, what do you expect, we wanted it for emergency reasons ;), right? Just like many of you, my first phone was Nokia and we would text, call and play snakes on it. We had to buy ringtones from third party that sounded really nothing like the song. Top 5 Favorite Rappers of PJ

I listen to everything from Rap, Rock, Jazz, Classicial, Blues, Punk, Pop, R&B, Dub Step, EDM and even Folk (No country or Heavy Metal, sorry). But, at the end of the day, my favorite have to be Hip Hop/ Rap. Why? because even though, so many so called music aficionados believe rap isn't really music, rap convey message using slang and code and it really fascinate me of how much creative a person can get.
