People get along with same kind of people; that is why guys hangs out with guys and girls hangs out with girls. When it's mixed with lot of quantity of both, it's great, but when it's 1 on 1, or when it's in small number of people, it tents to get harder. It's natural, there is nothing wrong of thinking that you are weird around girls/ guys because we have different interest, dialogue, and way of thinking. Not saying, it's not possible to be friends with opposite sex; I have many females friends, but at the end of the day, you will be more comfortable talking to your own sex rather than opposite. I don’t expect people to understand this record or even like this record because, my opinion, this is one of the best Jay-Z album ever been recorded. It’s not your typical Jay-Z album that you expected. It is not going with the modern trend but it is more of time-less piece of work. You can’t compare Jay-Z’s old albums his new ones because new albums always presents new ideas with new ways. On June 16, 2013, during the NBA Finals game, Jay-Z gave it's first look of the new album "Margna Carta Holy Grail" though Samsung Galaxy advertisement. It's weird why Jay-Z release it's "sneek-peek" of his new album through tech advertisement, but it sure got lot of people's attention knowing NBA Finals is a greatly watched event. Also, The album is released on July 4, 2013 but Samsung Galaxy users can get them earlier than official release date, due to it's partnership with Jay-Z and Roc Nation. Ad showed musicians and producers Jay was working with: Pharrell Williams, Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, and last but not least, Rick Rubin. The advertisement gives some sniff off the song and how it's going to sound. I believe in many forms of love and ways of falling in love, but I realize that I'm not "Love-At-First-Sight" kind of person, I learn to love. Not many people say these words any more; Sir or Ma'am. I worked in customer service long enough that if became words that I use frequently. People love to here and some prefer to be just called by their name when I call them that. But these are words of manner and you can't go wrong showing some manner. But this blog isn't about manners, it's more about domino affect. Currently, I work at a convenient store and I deal with many different characters; Some rich, some poor, some young and some old. Older generation love hearing younger person call them Sir or Ma'am because it shows sign of respect.
