Meditate

I have been meditating.
It's been 9 days I been meditating and really teaching me how to let things go. Knowing how hard you try, some things or certain circumstances can't be controlled.
You have to let the natural take its course, even if it means letting the person go knowing they will never be back in your life as what it use to be.

Now, I'm not some yogi, hippie, or vegan, but really, taking time to relax and breathe.

My mind has been on over drive for a long time and many emotional roller coasters as well. I worried about little tiniest things thinking I'm projecting what the next move be or try to change outcomes by force.

Being argumentative and being an asshole over all. I start to be a toxic person.

Starting at cellphone all day and answer questions and soaking in informations constantly. My mind has been restless for a long time even if I slept and slept. Now, being mentally drain is different then physically being tired, which I didn't know back then. 

So, really take a little time out of your day. I been taking 3 to maximum 5 minutes to just breathe after work. Let all the things go and cleanse the feeling. Know that you can't control things and really, you shouldn't.  Learn to accept.

I recommend downloading HEADSPACE. Which is a great tool to start with.  I'm using it.
