Blind Vision of America

The land of the free and the home of the braves; thats the last sentence of our national anthem. Much as this country portraits ourselves to be a land of free, how much freedom are we really getting? What is the proper word that fits our societies meaning of Freedom? We often criticize other nations and it's hardship the country's leaders are putting through their citizens (i.e: North Korea, Iraq, Libya etc.) but are we really free? I would say we are free under the law which now days is kind of stiff. Now days, we are getting charged for everything, even standing on a grass. But I am not here to talk about governing system; I'm here to talk about the broadcasting of media and monopoly. This country it's legal to be monopoly and this basically results old saying of "Rich gets richer, poor gets poorer". So this basically keeps the same rich people in a loop, and with same monarchy idea we have, riches are staying in rich side and poor are stuck doing the same thing that they did since they first came to this country; or maybe even before that. Land of opportunity? You better be willing to break your back and stab your families in the back for these opportunity. And have we heard of the old saying "It's not what you know but who you know". So this means that some kid out of Bellevue Community College (or Bellevue College if you want to be technical) could know someone in higher position and get the higher position compare to a guy who graduated from YALE and doesn't know anybody because he was a nerd. IT'S INSANE but it's whats happening. Also, what about our media system. Not to get in the whole masonic ideas and symbols but do you know that most major companies in America is run by Freemasons? However, that's not my point, my point is selective viewing......or in this case selective showing. Media these days are linked with governing system and trust me when I say this, they are showing exactly what they want you to see. These big corporation are often a journaling companies or news networks. They are basically showing you  want they want you to see. Some are true, some are fake but they are controlling what you view. Example, FOX is run by republicans, so their views and articles are more related to Republican ideas. Now, you might say that is horrible and it's should be illegal. But they do it safely because they know the America's rights and amendments inside and out and most of these acts are protected by our most famous American Right; Right to free of speech. So don't be a blind American, go out side to overseas and see the world outside in and you will truly gain your wisdom and knowledge before making judgments in our little fish bowl.
